Learning to cook Thai food in the right way with a real Thai. Born and raised in Thailand, where he lived for 20 years. I've always been obsessed with food and I can not imagine life without him, so I went and got a degree in nutrition in Spain, cooked in a couple of professional kitchens, and now they are in school kitchen in San Francisco with time of my life:) I am passionate about my culture, especially its food, and I want to share with the world.
